Wet-waxed UV damage resistant cotton canvas construction. Mounts to metal gas tanks using high-strength magnets. Bag also has D-ring anchor points and tail-mounting accessory flange for securing the bag to the rear seat/ tail section of the bike. Map pouch attaches to the tank bag with magnets; pouch can be mounted by itself to a magnetic tank. Clear map/ accessory screen is an innovative stretching material design that will accommodate most smartphones, small tablets and small GPS units. Two exterior zipper-closure storage pockets. Have used various tank bags since the 70's and find them indispensable for trips. In my case I would have been happier with perhaps half again additional capacity. Robust materials with seemingly oversize zippers look to offer many years of service. Well thought out layout makes good use of the available space. Would recommend using a freshly cleaned cloth if mounting on a painted surface. Road grit will always find a way to slip in and abrade the surface otherwise. Would also be mindful of the retention magnets both for tank mounting and holding the separate map pocket on top. Social distancing your credit cards magnetic strips might be a good idea.I would recommend if you want to keep your travel items close at hand rather than trust your pockets. Wallets, meds and sunglasses with room to spare. Easy working oversize zippers should offer good access if you need to keep change for tolls and such. Will not have room for rain gear or store the cold weather gear for a touring venture.
