It is not small! I have it under the bathroom and kitchen for short water run to appliances. I wired a dedicated 20 amp circuit and added tankless flush valve kit. Realize, the water heater is not the greatest expense of this project! Plumbing fixtures and copper wire is not cheap. Expect to double the price when done. Paying someone would be real expensive!
