I am a typical Prime shopper. I find a product and go to the 1 star reviews first. I read the stories about the product being rusted, unfillable, adaptors, release valves and out of date stamps, "Don't waist your money" I will be honest after I ordered it I was concerned about what I would receive and if I just waisted my money on an old 5lb tank that someone threw together to make a sale. The 5 star reviews mentioned the over use of the Green 1lb tanks filling up our land fills and people not disposing of them properly, not a lot of actual use cases and information. I received my 5 lb tank and case and am thrilled with what I received. It is everything that I was looking for and more. I took to a local hardware store half expecting to get turned away and had ZERO issues and cost $5.25 to fill it. As far as value for the Money. How do you really measure that? If it is cheap then we dont trust it. If it is to pricing then it is not worth it. For me this product is going to make my life easier with less hassle, more convenience, and less worry. I hooked it up to my Kahuna burner and everything went together and out preformed my expectation. We do weekend jeep bug out trips to the mountains and in the past if we wanted to have a gas firepit :( we had to pack one of the large 20 lb tanks which are hard to store with a coolers, tents, dry bags etc. The gas growler is perfect , easy to store and secure, the case will help protect it from rattling around. I don't know about you but when ever i hear a Propane tank banging around in the back it makes me nervous, just something about that sound. I have recommended it to my friends and would buy it again in a heart beat. Hint: this would make a great gift for the weekend worriers, Ice fishers, tailgaters that complain about logging around the 20 lb tanks! No i am not a paid reviewer. I'm just someone that appreciates useful gifts that are not candidates for next summers yard sale.This tank is simply expensive. There's no getting around that, but it works great and I'm glad I have it. I would buy again, but I'm looking for cheaper alternatives first.Over time, this tank should however pay for itself vs disposable green tanks which are even more expensive and take up space. I've done good so far with tank management, but I still worry that the tank is going to run out at the wrong time so I still carry an emergency green tank.The carry bag is great. I didn't think I would care so much about that and figured it would be one of those things that ended up breaking or getting tossed to the side. The carry case really makes this product that much better.Love this tank and case. The tank fits perfectly inside it. So easy to carry it around. Love the design of the case so pretty. Is the perfect size for my short trips camping.No more 1lb green bottles for me, installs easy and I love the padded carry case that prevents rolling and dinging the inside of my car during long drives to campgrounds. I get it filled at a nearby uhaul propane filling station and only pay for the the gas I use.Small tank perfect for our Mr. Buddy heater and other camp needs. Case makes packing it away simple and worry free.I use this product on a portable gas grill in our motor home, so I won’t have to find a place to get rid of empty disposable gas containers.It’s perfect.So far so good. Love this small size tank. I purchased this because those Coleman disposable tanks were just not a good way to go regarding the environment. Also love that you can refill this tank for about $5 and it’s the equivalent of 5 of those Coleman tanks. That’s a big savings.Added the Gas Growler to my kitchen set up and could not be happier. Travels great, hooks up painlessly. Exactly what I was hoping and looking for.
