I bought this item to cover my radiation burn, however it works great under spaghetti strap dress/ shirts since it provides coverage hiding bra straps etc and not so pretty arm areas older gals prefer not to show off any longer.Stitching around neckline seems like it was stitched by a kids. Waste of money.This top is so tiny! it looks like a child's size. I ordered a large.I love that the material allows you to not have to wear a bra, keeps everything up and in?It does run small and because it doesn’t have the “give” of cotton may want to go a size up. I wish I had gotten a medium not small.
